Another staggering day of creativity with a large number of nursery and reception children getting involved with the project at Littletown, with a core group collaborating with me and each other on a variety of works on cardboard, paper, iPads and again the Etch-a-Sketch. The first two days of this project have put down a firm foundation for the weeks to come! Photographs by Yvonne Roberts.

Today was day one of a fantastic new project at Littletown J.I.N. School in Liversage. The focus for the project is mark-making with nursery and reception age children using a variety of approaches and media. The plan was to ease into the project by setting out my stall and creating a number of images to hook the children into further activity. This plan worked well for approximately 3 minutes. I was joined instantly by a group of enthusiastic young artist who both worked independently and collaborated with me on a number of pieces. Below are a few shots I managed to fire off amidst the organised chaos! A fantastic day and more to come tomorrow....
